Risk Committee & Policies

The QRRRWN 2020 Board has established a Risk Committee that is responsible for monitoring the risk management strategy for the association and other responsibilities set out in the Committee Charter.

If you are a financial member and are interested in supporting the work of the Risk Committee, meeting some new people or developing new skills, please get in touch with us via eso@qrrrwn.org.au

Confidential Complaints

As part of our ongoing commitment to our values of transparency, integrity and accountability in all that we do, I am pleased to announce the launch of Integrity Line.    Integrity Line is a confidential and secure service that you can use to make a complaint about something at QRRRWN that you are concerned about.

Integrity Line can be accessed either by telephone or online. The online service is available 24/7, and the telephone service from (1800 468 456) 9am-5pm on weekdays. Complaints may be made anonymously. Integrity Line is operated by Worklogic Pty Ltd, which is independent to QRRRWN. I encourage you to have a look at the Integrity Line website www.integrityline.com.au, including the Frequently Asked Questions.

The Designated Officer at QRRRWN, who receives the complaints from Integrity Line and decides how to handle them, is Gail Russell, Board Member.

Providing Integrity Line is part of QRRRWN’s commitment to providing a safe and professional organisation for all, and to ensure best practice in operational risk-management. I encourage you all to speak up if you are aware of any breach of our policies, procedures, or values.
