The Brisbane Long Lunch is the longest running event on the RRR Women calendar and is held annually to coincide with members travelling to Brisbane to participate in the Ekka Show event. In 2024 the event has expanded to its largest capacity post-COVID. The event will see 80-100 attendees coming together for a unique networking experience, drawing together rural, regional and remote members with city-based agribusiness professionals.

Meet our speaker, Erika Cramer

Erika Cramer, also known as The Queen of Confidence, is a confidence coach, international speaker, podcast host, and author, empowering women worldwide to reclaim their confidence and transform their lives. Erika’s childhood was marked by trauma and abuse, leading to her being brought up in and out of foster care. She joined the US Army as a teenager and married her partner, but life took a dark turn when a car accident left her with a broken back, and she was widowed at a young age. She spiraled into a cycle of alcoholism and toxic relationships but knew she needed to change her life. After moving to Australia and healing from her past, Erika founded The Queen of Confidence, a global business that has transformed the lives of hundreds and thousands of women worldwide. Her award-winning podcast, The Confidence Chronicles, has over 2.2 million downloads and has inspired women globally. Erika’s energy is boundless, leading a 7-figure business supporting women while pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in psychotherapy. Erika’s story is a testament to the power of resilience and healing, showing that one can overcome any challenge and emerge stronger than before.
